An office and event space of 9000 sq ft. was designed and developed in detail, with structural systems and load calculations, MEP, electrical and lighting systems. A construction drawing document was produced which included an Environmental assessment, egress plans and ADA accessibility guidelines. A code data summary was also provided with 2018 International building code, mechanical code, plumbing code, energy conservation code, green construction code, 2012 national electrical code, 2017 Boston fire code and 2018 AMSE elevator codes were referenced.
