Integrated Building Systems III

This project was a comprehensive 3D modeling exercise of the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, executed by a four-person team using the original construction documents. The process was divided into two distinct phases.

First, we modeled the building’s complete primary structure, including foundations, concrete columns, and the main steel frame. For the second phase, we isolated a corner of the building to model its secondary systems, consisting of wall and enclosure framing—with a high level of detail, documenting every connection, nut, and bolt.
